To ensure smooth operations and fairness to all clients, please take a moment to read and understand our booking and cancellation terms.

Booking Deposit
A deposit is required to secure your appointment at Lux Aesthetics. This amount will be deducted from the final cost of your treatment.

Cancellations & Rescheduling
We understand that life happens and schedules may change. To cancel or reschedule your appointment without losing your deposit:
•Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice prior to your scheduled time.
Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice or marked as “No-Show” will result in a loss of deposit.

Same-Day Bookings (within 48 hours)
If you book your appointment within 48 hours of the scheduled time:
•You may cancel or reschedule up to 8 hours before your appointment without penalty.
•Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 8 hours’ notice will result in a loss of deposit.

Treatment Packages
All packages must be paid in full at your first appointment.
•If you choose to cancel your treatment plan at any time afterward, a 50% cancellation fee will be applied to the remaining balance.
•No refunds will be provided for completed treatments or partially used packages.

Botox Top-Up Appointments
Your first Botox top-up is complimentary and will be automatically scheduled two weeks after your initial appointment.
•If you cancel or reschedule this top-up appointment, a £50 rescheduling fee will apply.
