I had the pleasure of attending the opening of Marlena’s beautiful new premises in Wantage, and I was absolutely delighted. The space is gorgeous, but what impressed me most was Marlena’s knowledge, professionalism and passion for what she does.

As a nurse and now a stylist specialising in colour and balayage, I really appreciated her expertise and the knowledge she has gained through both her studies and experience.

I had the most amazing experience at Lux Aesthetics by Marlena in Bicester. I’m honestly quite afraid of needles and was very hesitant about trying any treatments, so I was initially quite nervous. However, Marlena immediately made me feel so comfortable and at ease.

What I appreciated most was how knowledgeable and genuine she was. She took the time to explain everything to me, gave me honest advice about what I did and didn’t need, and never once made me feel pressured into having a treatment or spending money. It was so refreshing to meet someone who genuinely cares about what is right for their clients rather than simply trying to sell a treatment.

She was also incredibly gentle. I’m the type of person who gets scared of needles even in hospital, so I was fully expecting to be anxious throughout. But honestly… wow! She was so gentle that I was genuinely surprised by how little it hurt. I felt completely looked after the entire time.

She even offered me water and spoke to me so naturally and warmly, almost like I was catching up with a friend rather than being at a clinic. The whole afternoon was such a pleasant experience and genuinely felt like the perfect little treat to myself.

I left feeling so happy that I had finally overcome my fear and, most importantly, that I had chosen someone I could completely trust.

I honestly couldn’t recommend Marlena enough! She was so honest, reassuring and completely down to earth, which made me feel instantly at ease.
