Booking Deposit
A deposit is required to secure your appointment at Lux Aesthetics. This amount will be deducted from the final cost of your treatment.

Cancellations & Rescheduling
We understand that life happens and schedules may change. To cancel or reschedule your appointment without losing your deposit:
•Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice prior to your scheduled time.
Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice or marked as “No-Show” will result in a loss of deposit.

Same-Day Bookings (within 48 hours)
If you book your appointment within 48 hours of the scheduled time:
•You may cancel or reschedule up to 8 hours before your appointment without penalty.
•Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 8 hours’ notice will result in a loss of deposit.

Treatment Packages
All packages must be paid in full at your first appointment.
•If you choose to cancel your treatment plan at any time afterward, a 50% cancellation fee will be applied to the remaining balance.
•No refunds will be provided for completed treatments or partially used packages.

Botox Top-Up Appointments
Your first Botox top-up is complimentary and will be automatically scheduled two weeks after your initial appointment.
•If you cancel or reschedule this top-up appointment, a £50 rescheduling fee will apply.

At Lux Aesthetics we understand that sometimes schedules change and therefore requests need to be given at least 24 hours in advance in order to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Appointments cancelled after 24 hours or for which clients are a “No-Show” will incur a no refund of deposit.
Appointments booked within less than 24 hours have the option to cancel or reschedule up to 5 hours before their appointment otherwise there will be not refund on the deposits.
