You will see a plumping effect almost immediately, however, the natural healing process takes time, so it can be up to six weeks before you see significant results.
Microneedling treatment uses small needles to create tiny punctures in the skin, which then triggers a wound healing process that renews the skin cells. As part of this, collagen and elastin are produced and give an almost immediate plumping effect.
Variable treatment intensities allow us to control the comfort of the treatment and with our expertise and experience, we always try to keep any discomfort to a minimum.
There is no real recovery period or downtime. You can return to your normal routine immediately after treatment. Redness and skin sensitivity for 48 hours after the treatment is common and SPF protection must be used.
They are not permanent, and you will require treatment on a regular basis to maximise and maintain results. Usually, every two to three weeks.
